Yellowstone trip, Day 2, 5/27/11

I woke up before sunrise to find snow on the ground and a lone buffalo roaming the fragile hot springs.
The springs are eerie in the morning, steaming rivers of calcified water depositing themselves on everything, killing plantlife slowly enough to see them react to the pain.
